精小型閥門電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器用于控制0°~270°旋轉(zhuǎn)的閥門及其他同類產(chǎn)品,如蝶閥、球閥、風(fēng)門、擋板閥、旋塞閥百葉閥等?？梢詮V泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、水處理、船舶、造紙、電站、供熱、輕工等各行業(yè)中。它以380V/220V/110V交流電源為驅(qū)動(dòng)電源，以4-20mA電流信號(hào)或0-10VDC電壓信號(hào)為控制信號(hào)，可使閥門運(yùn)動(dòng)到所需位置，實(shí)現(xiàn)共其自動(dòng)化控制，最大輸出扭距達(dá)4000N·m.

1 、殼體Shell

殼體為硬質(zhì)鋁合金,經(jīng)陽極氧化處理和聚酯粉未涂層,耐腐蝕性強(qiáng),防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP67.NEMA4和6,并有IP68型供選擇.

The Shell is made ofhorniness aluminum alloy, pass through anodic oxidation treatment andpolyester powder coating ,so it has strong corrosion resistance.Protection grade is IP67, NEMA4 and6.and optionallP68 type.

2 、電機(jī)Electric Machinery

全封閉式鼠籠式電機(jī)，體積小，扭距大，慣性力小，絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，內(nèi)置熱保護(hù)開關(guān)，可防止損壞電機(jī).

3、手動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)ManualStructure

手柄的設(shè)計(jì)保證安全可靠、省力、體積小，不通電時(shí)，扳動(dòng)手柄可進(jìn)行手動(dòng)操作，不用手動(dòng)時(shí)，將扳手置于扳手夾內(nèi)，方便使用。

5 、干燥器Space Heater

用來控制溫度,防止由于溫度和天氣變化導(dǎo)致執(zhí)行器內(nèi)部水分凝結(jié),保持內(nèi)部電氣元件的干燥It is Used for control temperature, avoiding internal moistuer of electric actuator condensedbecause of the changing changing oftemperature and weather,keep inner electricdevice dry,

6 、密封Sealing

密封性好,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品防護(hù)等級(jí)是IP67.并可選IP68防護(hù)等級(jí).
